It's only available in Home Japan's BH5 space at the moment...

I don't understand, how do you get the sunglasses? I have all the bettles and have the game, so how do I get the sunglasses now (by the way I finished the game 1 time).

Each beetle is time so you have to find the right box containing it within these time frames:
Gold: 2:30-2:01
Green/Jade: 2:00-1:31
Brown: 1:30-0:31
Jeweled: 0:30 - 0:00

If the archives ever open you will be treated to Wesker's Sunglasses for both male & female. To get them you will have to have all 4 beetles and "own" the game since it is a special prize for people who bought the game, but you can bypass this by borrowing the game and just run it once on your system and the account you want the glasses for. It looks for the save game file. I've done this in Japan, just waiting for NA, and yes the RE5 gamesave will work and you do not need Bio Hazard 5 to get it if you ever go to Japan Home.
